We make every effort to accommodate you in a timely manner. Please clearly specify the date you need your project in hand. We charge for design services, this is the time working to create your project, NOT including the actual output of the project. All payment is due upon reciept of the invoice. Cash, PayPal, & Certified Cashier's Check or Money Order are accepted. There is a $25 charge for late payments of 7 days or more. All sales are final and NON-REFUNDABLE! If you cancel your order, you are still responsible for all charges. We can not be held legally responsible for any errors or additional charges incurred once you have formally approved the artwork. This includes, but is not limited to: Spelling, grammar or errors due to film, shipping, or color problems.
